NOTICE TO THOSE CALLED FOR INTERVIEWS
The Clerk of the Parliament wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for jobs in the Public Service of the Parliament that the interviews are expected to take place from August 24, 2024, to August 29, 2024, in Dodoma City. Interviewees who have been called to the interview are expected to follow the instructions below:
1. The interview and selection process will be conducted as indicated in this announcement. The time and place where the interview will take place have been arranged according to each cadre.
2. Every interviewee must arrive dressed in a CLEAN manner.
3. Every interviewee is required to have an identity card for identification. Acceptable identification documents include: Resident Identification Card, Voter's Identification Card, Work Identification Card, National Identification Card, or Passport.
4. Interviewees must come with **ORIGINAL** COPIES of their certificates, starting from birth certificates, Form IV, VI certificates, Diplomas, Bachelor's Degrees, and other continuing education degrees, depending on the qualifications of the applicant.
5. Interviewees presenting Testimonials, Provisional Results, or Statements of Results will NOT BE ACCEPTED and WILL NOT be allowed to continue with the interview.
6. Each interviewee will bear their own costs for food, transportation, and accommodation.
7. Interviewees should pay attention to the date, time, and place of the interview as indicated.
8. Every interviewee whose name appears in this announcement must bring a certificate of verification of their certificates from recognized authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
9. Job applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they do not meet the necessary criteria. Therefore, do not insist on being interviewed unless you are informed otherwise.
10. Those who were not selected for interviews will not receive their certificates back until after the interview process is completed and according to the needs of the Public Service.
11. Interviewees are advised to log into their accounts and confirm whether they have been selected for the interview before the interview day.
12. Interviewees are reminded to dress warmly, as Dodoma City might be cold during this time, and you are advised to dress accordingly to protect yourself from the weather.
