Announcement to Report to Work

 

The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat wishes to inform job applicants for various positions who passed the interview conducted between 14th October 2023 and 16th August 2024 that they have been selected for the available positions. This announcement serves as official notification to those who passed the interview, even if their names are not listed in this notice. The names included here are only a portion of those who appeared in the candidate database for various positions and have been allocated to different job stations after securing the positions.

Successful candidates are requested to collect their letters for station allocation at the offices of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) at the College of Health and Allied Sciences, Office No. 1101, from Monday, 14th October 2024. The letters can be collected in person or by mail through Posta, and all dispatches will be done within 28 days.

Furthermore, candidates are required to report to their respective employers as indicated in the allocation letters, bringing along original academic certificates from secondary school onwards for verification before receiving their employment letters. Those whose names do not appear in this notice should note that they have not secured positions and are encouraged to reapply for future vacancies when they are announced.

Important: Those collecting their station allocation letters must bring valid identification, such as:

• National ID,
• Passport,
• Zanzibar Resident ID,
• Voter’s ID, or
• Driving License.
