Call for Interview at MUHAS

 

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INTERVIEW INVITATION

The Vice-Chancellor of the Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) would like to inform all job applicants who applied for the job interview that the interview is expected to be conducted from October 18 to October 19, 2024, and ultimately assigning job stations to the candidates who successfully pass the interview. The invited candidates are required to adhere to the following guidelines:

The interview will begin at the time and date indicated in this announcement, and it will be conducted according to the listed Cadres.

Each interviewee must arrive at the interview venue wearing a mask.

Every interviewee must carry identification for verification purposes.

Acceptable forms of identification include the residence ID card, voter ID card, employee ID card, citizenship ID card, or passport.

Interviewees must arrive with their original certificates, starting from birth certificates, Form IV, VI, Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Degree certificates, depending on the qualifications of the applicant.

Interviewees who submit testimonials, provisional results, statement of results, or Form IV and Form VI results slips will NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.

Each interviewee will bear their own expenses for food, transportation, and accommodation.

If an interviewee fails to arrive on the specified date and location for the interview, it will be assumed that they have withdrawn from the interview.

All interviewees who studied abroad are required to verify their certificates with the relevant authorities (TCU, NACTE, or NECTA) to avoid inconveniences during the interview.

Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they did not qualify for the interview, thus should not make any follow-up inquiries.

Interviewees whose jobs require registration by a professional body should bring their registration certificates and a valid license to practice.

For applicants who submitted forged certificates, legal action will be taken, and they will not be allowed to proceed with the Interview
