How to Check if You Have Been Awarded a Loan from HESLB

1. Visit the HESLB website: https://olas.heslb.go.tz/olams/account/login

2. Enter your username: Form 4 index number and the password you used during registration.

3. Check your loan status to see if you have been awarded a loan.

If You Have Forgotten Your Password:

1. Go to the HESLB login page: https://olas.heslb.go.tz/olams/account/log

2. Click on “Forgot Password”: https://olas.heslb.go.tz/olams/account/reset-password

3. Enter your Form 4 index number as your username.

4. A new password will be sent to your registered phone number. Use it to log in again.
